Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box.

Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off
Take your package to any authorized UPS or FedEx drop-off location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
